Our August speaker, Gabriel Cruz Avilla, has experienced the full business acquisition lifecycle, from searching and buying to operating and ultimately selling a company, all within the past three years.
Gabriel began his search with a strong sense of urgency and a clear goal of becoming a business owner. Within just one month, he was under LOI with the company he would go on to acquire. After operating the business for nearly two years, he determined that ownership was not the right long-term path for him and decided to sell the company.
Gabriel will share an honest look at the decisions he made, the challenges he encountered, and the lessons he learned throughout the process.
