Our August speaker made a bold move: acquiring a shrinking revenue business. Immediately after acquisition, he let go half of the team and began building a new sales and marketing strategy.
Following a brief stint in accounting at EY and a longer adventure in tech with Uber, Zach Smith turned to acquisition entrepreneurship to chart a new career path. In 2023, he bought American Dental Care, a dental savings plan based here in Houston.
