About the Event
On July 10th, our speaker will be Dan Verboski (owner of Leon's Signs) who will speak on doubling EBITDA while simultaneously rebuilding the company's culture. Dan will talk about the challenges of changing a culture (spoiler: You have to change the people to fit your vision!) from a negative culture to a positive and collaborative one. The hard part starts after you acquire. Come get some great real world advice and hear about the sign business as well.
