Houston Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Circle happy hour for those of us searching for a company to acquire.

Our speaker this month will be Danny Fields, President and Chairman of Holland Supply Co. He was interviewed by Will Smith on the Acquiring Minds podcast. Danny and his business partner did a partnered acquisition using the traditional search fund. He will share his experience searching, acquiring and operating the company.

About the Founder (Reid Pennebaker): I am a full-time searcher (not a service provider) wanting to build our community. I spoke to all 100+ searchers who have signed up for previous events to hear what everyone wanted in a meetup group, what they are searching for, and how the group can help. From those conversations, I created ETA Circle for us acquisition entrepreneurs to meet other searchers and share advice, experiences and deals that don't fit our focus area or size.
